Good point Pire, obviously 622 is mistaken in his/her belief that Emxc took the TA to court. Obvious basic reading of the case shows that it is the US Gov't (SEC) that brought the case.
Thanks for pointing that out.
I have one to add.... regarding the change in TA. This has not even been mentioned here....ready? You know all these rants about slick Roxie "fixing" the situation and selecting a new TA? Guess what? If you read the court documents it is CLEARLY THE COURTS ORDER AND DECISION TO APPOINT THIS NEW TA TO TAKE OVER FOR THE OLD ONE. In other words Emax had no part in initiating the case, and had no part in initiating the move to the new TA!! The court ordered the new TA to take ALL the old TA's business (all the stocks they serviced), not just Emax.
(The court documents are public, and involve a cost to view them. And NO I will NOT post the document here. This is simple basic due diligence that ANYONE who is investing on their own should be able to do. There is no reason to spoon feed here)
