How about Indonesia? or Iran? or South Africa?
All of the above countries are shipping millions of tons to China on a regular basis, takes about the same time to get there and not have to wait 6 years for Cotton to get his act together. They also don't have any proprietary information crushing rocks.

If buyers don't want to wait, there is 100 million tons waiting on the China ports for immediately delivery at SPOT prices.
