They wont truck without a buyer even if they could because each buyer has their own specs and amount-so even if they could cwrn would not blindly truck to port hoping buyer would want exact spec and amount of iron at port.
Buyers are well aware of time it takes to truck and ship and already have a contract which allows for reasonable time to do so-

and even if buyer decided to now order from somebody else it would take that new order from somebody else just as long to go thru trucking and shipping as cwrn -longer if it is from anywhere except australia-
and buyer would still be liable for contracted amount w cwrn-all reasonable people know this.
