He actually said the disclosure would be held in abeyance until the "buyout" offer was resolved. The "buyout" offer has been resolved for months now but the full disclosure still hasn't been given. I wonder why not? Too funny. I wonder what Mr. Delay will tell us next regarding the Microfill. The 1st quarter is right around the corner. Can't wait to see his next excuse for non-performance. GLTA
