The only reputation that HNSS has is one of not delivering on promises(i.e. the full disclosure),

Where did Black promise a full disclosure? Did you guys pinky swear that he would release it?

Last I recall, they included a disclaimer (as every company does) on that PR which gives them the right to change their mind about forward looking statements. Everyone else understands this..

Pockets is right that caveat emptor means buyer beware. He is wrong, though, when trying to associate buyer beware with HNSS. otcmarkets.com lists HNSS as a YIELD and NOT buyer beware.
