I understand what you are saying Jack, but someone had to sit on those boards. Someone had to be representing equity on the litigation trust or equities interests would not be heard, we needed a majority for the Board of Direstors and equity committee members were the perfect choice. So, someone has to do it

If you were on the EC, I would expect that you would be sitting on the BOD.. That is a given, but you are not, so therefore you have to sit back and watch like the rest of us.. I applied for the EC, Jane Leamy our UST did not appoint me, however, at least I applied!

Now, we all sit back and watch!
