RFE.ax/RDFEF.pk Look at the JV partners in this Red Fork well!

Sandridge is the biggy in the Mississippian along with Chesapeake.

Obviously Sandridge knows the Mississippian so would be a valuable technical partner. Working with Sandridge would be a good intro to a possible buyout later. Not sure Sandridge wants more acres but why take a 29% WI in this well if they weren't interested?

McMurtry #1-21H Well Spuds in Noble County, Oklahoma
Oklahoma based (Australian Securities Exchange listed) oil and gas exploration and production company, Red Fork Energy Limited (“Red Fork” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the McMurtry #1-21H well spudded at 6pm United States Central Time on December 21st, 2011.
This Red Fork operated well will be drilled to a vertical depth of approximately 4,500 feet, with an estimated further 4,200 feet of lateral to be drilled in the Mississippi Lime formation to a projected total depth of 9,500 feet.
This well is being drilled from a location in Noble County as a horizontal Mississippi test. Participants in this well and their respective Working Interests are outlined below:
Red Fork Energy Ltd. (Operator) 65.6%
SandRidge Energy Inc. 29.8%
Antinum Energy Inc. 4.5%
Chesapeake Energy Corporation 0.1%
The Company will provide further updates as drilling operations progress.
