Ilene, Oh I see, so it is related to our case, Thanks for clearing that for me.....and I hope Dimeq happens for our favor as well, perhaps since Dimeq was in a separate Mediation from ours, then they assumed themselves Debt and not equity in the past???? and now that Mediation failed, Dimeq is suddenly asking JMW to consider them as equity???? Will JMW go for it???? I wonder....Thanks again....Mon
