Don't know what it is but it makes no sense we are nearly back (I'm not bothering checking exact) at pre-arbitration announcement share price. NOKIA knows how to manipulate, they know how to stir IDCC shareholders. It puts people into a different frame of mind. The Friday of the arbitration announcment how many here would have sold their shares for $29? What about today? Its a vastly different number in my book. How many thought our mgmt was OK that day, and today? Short term share price changes everybodies attitude. The legitimate fear, in my book, is how long it will be before Nokia pays, I am 98% certain they will pay but when is the big question. They always find away to extend and torture, I hope our Mgmt doesn't bow to shareholders requests to "just get something" from them. Time to draw the line in the sand. I am as tired of this game as anyone here but I would rather we go back to 13.50 and dig our heals in for 6 months than fight this battle over and over again for the next 5 years with every other licensee on 3G....Loop asked why everyone is so worked up after being awarded nearly a 1/4 of billion bucks....the answered is "we don't have it yet" and Nokia is playing the same games we have seen for years...tie it up in court.....people fear IDCC will once again get the shaft....JMO
