I believe the naked short position is the
reason for the low PPS.
Other possible reasons:
*) bashers on message forums
*) evil shorty
*) insiders accumulating before big run
*) MM manipulation
*) Co. buying back shares without causing a run
*) evil shorty again
*) Fake walls
