Grotelul-Agree there is something going on here, but I really think nok perceives IDCC as a threat in 3g, especially if it can use $250 mil to buy a chip producing company or other technology to strengthen itself in a particular phase of 3g.Nok clearly wants to delay or nullify paying this amount to IDCC now and this is their first line of defense in the 3g battle.I would not be surprised that, if this delay tactic is drawn out too far, IDCC will seek alternative means to make the purchases that they are looking at now. Nok will not be successful in their end game attempt to stifle competition-and IDCC will prevail one way or the other.
