Centerline-Nok's hardball action should answer your question. If we didn't have the goods for 3g,nok would have paid and been done with it long ago, but we are a threat to nok's vision of a capped 3g rate world. This battle is really about 3g and nok has chosen to try to discredit us at this juncture, hoping to weaken us for the real battle ahead.
