FFF.... please, so you are saying they did market research in two major market with no money? you think they did not have to issue shares to do those? you think they hired KCSA with monopoly dollars. You think they establish distribution network in 18 countries without raising money. Get real my friend, some business knowledge will help understand the process.

when people on this board stat to get a grip, and understand that the company need money to make money we will all stop screaming dilution.

Dilution is when shares are being issued for no business growth, investment is when shares are being issued and we can see the result.

the result in this case? 480% growth in revenue driven by pilot projects in 18 countries. Completion of StudentConnect ot launch in 2012.
