Someone always likes what they see.
When there's no news, it's because they're in a secretive black ops project and they're in contract negotiations and it's a secret. When there is news, which almost always disappoints, it's because they can't discuss what's really happening because they're in secret contract negotiations. When the share price goes down, it's because someone is bringing it down to scoop up a bunch of cheap stock because of a contract coming. When a new director comes on board, it's because there is a contract coming through the new director's influence. For every single event or non-event, there's always someone on this board who will "like" what they "see."
