Sammy, I Always thought the Judge should be made Aware of the ShareHolders Holdings & their Involvement in this Charade. I am not the one to Corresponde with the Court, but I Do Hope that someone does SEND the Judge some kind of Notification.

Now with the Article that 4U2 has brought to the Surface/Forefront, does gives this situation more Urgency.
