Ok everybody relax I've got it all figured out ( after only 2 bottles of wine) wait where were we? Oh yeah I've got it figured out. We have a company we don't know how much it's worth but we're not cancelled out. Ok? So if Dimeq gets cancelled we get less NOLs If they don't we get less% of Newco.But if it were up to dirtbag Rosen / FDIC/ JPMC we would be toast . Our EC has no info for us now BUT saved us from being toast in HOPES of us getting a return sometime down the road.( Oooops 2 1/2 bottles of wine now). I'll take what EC got us against the most evil sombritches known and I think somewhere between Diamondguru1 and Tombrady is where we will stand in the LONG RUN. IMO
