There is no question there is share dilution going on, all you have to do is look at the outstanding and the increased float. That my friend does not bother me. If a company is using shares to unload debt, increase asset i.e acquisitions or business development, how can we really say it is dilution if in 6-12 months those development activities or acquisition accelerate revenue. I call it investment.

m y definition of dilution is when a business is using shares just to pay expenses. From the report that I see, seems like a lot of money is being spent on development and if the money is coming from issuing shares to do all the development work. I say do it.

How does a company develop operation if the only currency it has is stock. Has the US government not told us all year that money is tight in the economy for small businesses, give the guy credit for moving the business forward .From what I see, the company issued a report that tells us what it is doing with the money that is coming in.
