Fellow investors:

I have a position of ~$24 a share in P's, $.95 in K's and $.08 in U's. Using the conversion chart to establish the number of shares of ownership I will have moving forward into the new company, I estimated that I will need a return of just ~$1.50 per share in the new company to break even. To me that does not seem to bad or hard to achieve.

Others may want to try this exercise. It made me feel a whole lot better.
