I think Im going to have to re-read this PR over and over and over to fully comprehend it. Where does it state WHY they were below their expectations for the quarter.

These guys really have to lower their expectations just to come close to achieving and upward swing each quarter. It's the only way.

Come on mid-tier ...yeah right !
