My email this morning to Matt:

Hey Matt,
I'm currently holding shares in Baron, RIGH, and TGGI and I was wondering how many shares Baron holds on RIGH and TGGI... I was also quite curious if there would be some kind of warning before you liquidated your holdings. I would hate to be holding or purchasing either of those securities when you begin to sell off.

Mike,

Currently Baron does not hold any securities in RIGH or TGGI at this time or in the past.

When Baron does been liquidating its holdings it will be done in an orderly manner that does not disrupt the market.

Contrary to others opinions of Baron we are not leaning on any securities.

It is in the best interests of Baron to achieve a high rate of return not sell it holdings in one day causing the market to drop.
