Great post. I agree with you that business as usual is a tough option if no buyout or some type of SA isn't reached. I can't imagine CC's if the process ended without every analyst asking them what happened. I have alot of respect for Terry Clontz and by him announcing in July to the public about this SA event i'm sure they were very aware of the consequences that they would put IDCC in if they didn't complete some type of SA. I think IDCC was very confident some type of SA will get done hence the formal announcement.
