Where I think politics could be used effectively against nok is in their arrogant call for a cap in royalty rates to ip producers. This is completely against free market concepts and when American companies are the ones being hurt,politicians are more likely to take up the cause. Qcom should be the American company leading the charge because they are the largest ip producer in wireless and have much at stake as well.
