I said your attitude toward the stock and people changed.
Um where do you expect to see the company raise funds from? It was stated numerous times that Matt was having difficulty opening an account to utilize to deposit certs to begin converting the debt.
An opportunity was given for him to acquire a broker dealer, so he raised the A/S which would have eliminated his issues with brokerages stateside in depositing certs. Everyone freaked and the share price dropped making it to expensive to raise the funds, from where the stock was at.
He has eliminated debt on the books, and he got the RIGH and TGGI trading again. His intentions were good but now behind schedule because of difficulties in opening a brokerage account which was why he was wanting to buy the broker dealer.
Just because things are not happening on time frames a person had hoped doesn't make them a liar. Remember monies raised at levels of .0005 and lower don't go very far when you eliminating debt, paying pinksheets, paying attorney opinion letters, paying accountants to update financials.
This board and it's moderators freaked on the A/S raise, and Matt has provided explanations of what he has done and the troubles he has had.
I don't know how you have stock left when you stated you only had a small position left on November 1st
