This is the minimum value can be estimated per share:

200MM = 30% = 60mm / 1.71B shares = 0.035 minimum value per share.

But we must add the following items to be clarified:

- 4 billion in assets.
- JPM 1.91 Billion? Some compensation will ...
- Price of output value and Newco. The ranges are usually above 75%.

My minimum theoretical price after all the mix is 0.30 per share.
