Fsshon, exactly! Thats what I was just saying on the yahoo board. 200M is nothing. Big group or big investors would eat it up in one swallow. Expect to see a forward split soon after emergence , but not immediately. This would allow more liquidity and attract more big and long term INVESTORS. So to the flippers who cant see past today, this is what you're missing. What we've been hearing with this conversion is just to exit bk, then a whole new ballgame and more reasonable rules. Lets say exit strategy Conversion ratio is 29:1, whereas 29,000 common share become 1,000 in newco. Now, after ACTUAL emergence, forward split of 1:5 happens. That would be 5,000 common shares at that point. IPO being considerd...let's speculate on $25 IPO. 5000 x $25 = a damn good plan.....
