Lee a question regarding spreads ?

I am trading 30$ call v selling a 31$ call

Just looking at the strategy chart on options oracle. It appears that i only get the full profit potential benefit out of a spread like this right at the close of expiration.

I assume this is because the 31$ would have a bigger premium relative to the 30$ premium untill the premium completely decays.

Is this correct ?
