if BBDA does one they would hav an endless flow of free money at shareholders expense.

Kind of like they already have, starting with the last reverse split in October of 2010.

Hope the CEO is being truthful.

The CEO has a long history of not being truthful with shareholders. There's no reason to think he's suddenly going to start.

As an Investor the only way I would buy off on the idea

If you already own shares, you have no choice in the matter and nobody asks your permission. Have you not read the board at all to understand how the last reverse split was inflicted on people holding the stock at that time?

when in the future the company has audited returns and is making a good profit

I think a lot of people would be less vocal and abusive about the company if they had clear, correct 3rd party audited financial statements, but since Brian Weber wants to make damn sure you have no idea what happens to the money the company takes in, you'll never see them. He's been promising audited statements for years and hasn't produced them.

the R/S brings it to a respectable price for a listing on the a better exchange

One of the big lies in Pinkyland. BBDA is never going to uplist. They have enough of a challenge trying to stay current info at this level on Pinksheets and the requirements get harder as they go up. There's plenty of things beside a minimum share price required for listing on a higher exchange like NASDAQ and they don't meet the vast majority of them.

the Authorized shares equalling the outstanding shares.

Having the authorized shares at the TA equal the authorized shares listed at the WY SOS would be a good start. but "Mr Transparency" Brian Weber wants to make sure it's not easy to find out what a scam the company is.
