From an investor point of view it seems there is no ason to do a R/S but if BBDA does one they would hav an endless flow of free money at shareholders expense. Hope the CEO is being truthful.

As an Investor the only way I would buy off on the idea is when in the future the company has audited returns and is making a good profit and the R/S brings it to a respectable price for a listing on the a better exchange with the Authorized shares equalling the outstanding shares.
