There will need to be brand awareness (typically advertising but also TV spots, web adverts, mailers to physicians etc) as well as the Cuerta and Greenwood infrastructure but at least they can get the product to physicians and pharmacies.
I am somewhat suspicious about Greenwood as I have yet to find any reference to them actually performing the services that Andy says they do. Their web site talks only about IT services. Perhaps this is why it is taking so long - it isn't their core business?
The previous set of distributors didn't seem to know how to get this product out and I suspect were relying on demand from some mysterious campaigns, there was no talk of promotion to physicians at all. The middle east (Turkey) are only ones who seem to have done anything IMHO
