This is why they have failed so far they were relying on distributors to do their thing. They dont the company has to do the advertising and brand awareness stuff, distributors will not generate the market. They only realized this last Sept and have done limited campaigns as cash is so low.
Had they realized o 2009 that FDA approval would not be given yet they may have chosen a different strategy altogether ...
