a friend of mine took her car to get a smog done on it and the owner of the smog shop told her
beginning next year if your car DOES NOT PASS SMOG than you would have to purchase a econo valve from dynovalve (savi)
i would say that this could be good news to us longs

i did not hear this myself this is what i was told i need to talk to this smog guy to confirm what he is saying but im hoping that this is true....
