I would think with how tight the industry seems to be right now that most other companies would be saving their cash, but it sure does seem like a value here.

The company needs to continue paying the dividend if possible, as that would be the main motivator for anybody to want to own a non growth company, and it is the only catalyst the company has control over, for raising the share price to be be NYSE compliant.
