At the time they dropped the A/S I think we were trading arround .05, had that held all of the convertibles and warrants would have been covered as well as the 504 financing with shares to spare. Unfortunately the news of the VC convertibles along with no published contract or booked income created a loss of faith, which caused a decline in PPS, which caused a further loss of faith, which caused a further decline in PPS, etc, etc.
