What was the stunt of getting the AS to 300m from 1B and then back to 3B?

Sucker like me sucked into it because of the CC and then they droped the derivatives on us. Shiva has hyped it and I don't know if that can be treated as a fraud.

I guess we have to see all options and please educate me if something can be done to get atleast the investment we put in. They timed the audit filing also after increasing the AS, what all these indicates...

Are anybody getting favored from this?
