Easy. I admit it looks like you're right and you chastise me for failing to properly navigate the SEC site.

Once upon a time there was a thing called investor relations when a person could have direct contact with a company he/she was invested in. I called today and there was indeed an investor relations department they just decided not to call me back. I'll try them again tomorrow.

Read the document. Does look like a one time affair. So I'll swallow the bitter pill, sell, and put my money back to work in another way.
