Well, that's a pleasant thought. But...

It sounds as though there was a definitive purpose for the two wordings, or am I misunderstanding that cryptic answer? If so, what is that purpose?

Or, alternatively: is CBAI stating that an 80% majority of all people holding shares in CBAI at the time of the vote cast votes in favor?


These really seem to be clear and simple questions, having nothing to do with apples or oranges. A clear and simple answer would probably clear up all this confusion, once and for all.
