I'm not trying to say anyone is right or wrong at this point. After three years of reading this board many, many predictions have come and gone, most not much more than educated speculation, conjecture and opinion. A lot of it of what has been posted is of the uninformed and not well thought out type.

However, I feel at this juncture we are sitting in a position of waiting for the final outcome of the settlement. Opinions will fly one way or another on the final outcome. Until we officially see what that outcome will be, I'm still holding all my shares.
