difficult to say as nok ,imho, is tring to change the rules,i could never read any minute from a single arbiter after the "lodus"
as at least in france,at least 7 years ago, that was property of ica and protected by confidentialyty rules,i suppose eventually the existence a lot of fine prints in our 99 contract concerning arbitration,but that mean disinpowering I.C.A from their internationally accepted rule.
imho to justify his "charges" to nok he somehow overdid it in many ways,imho is the american way to "arbitrate" with could be perceived as litigious surely not idcc,but if you have to litigate "usque ad sanguinem" better call the F.T.C to have a look.
