basically what your saying, is that shareholders get to look forward to many more years of litigation (DC courts) before they see a payout. Isnt three years enough? And if this is where the EC, wanted to go with this, all along, why not push for this direction earlier. Is it because they thought that this settlement .10-.12 pps, was what they thought they could get.
