How can you people sit by and let queenie constantly get by with his constant lies and deception? The man lies EVERY SINGLE POST and yet you constantly turn to him for information, as though you could trust him.
I posted the SEC Regs, and he constantly argued that I didn't even though his own friend took the information I gave and found the truth.
I posted the information that brokers allow people to sell shares held in Certificate form. And it has been confirmed by members of this board. (Charles Schwab, and others) And just because some do not, you are allowing the man to continue posting his lies in his concerted attempt to decieve and confuse the members of this board.
He constantly attacked my information on DT even though he himself had exactly the same DT document that I do, and even had signed a non-diclosure agreement with FH regarding it. He even WROTE the non-disclosure agreement himself.
He is now trying to misdirect this board again regarding the number of shareholders, by making an issue of the name that I used to describe the shareholder list that I was given by FH. Maybe the list is not called a NoBo list. I was told by JS (who was guessing based upon my telephone description of the list, but who did not see it) that it was PROBABLY the NoBo list. Who cares what name it had at the top of the list? That is not the issue here. And yet you sit by and let queenie misdirect your concerns over the facts again.
The list that I have/had (not sure it is still hanging around here) did not have a formal name at the top of the page. It contained the names of approx 180 people, with names, addresses, and I believe, e-mail addresses or phone numbers. I cannot recall which. (I have not seen the document in over a year and don't recall, so sue me, queenie) The list had some names that I recognized, i.e. some of the Hilal family, the family trust, some employees, etc. And as I recall, it had 3 large blocks of shares held by 3 different holding companies. I did not recognize them at the time, and do not recall their names, but was told that they were the companies that actually hold the Street Name shares for the OTC. FH's name was NOT on that list. And I made note of that fact at the time on the RB. It was a matter of discussion for several weeks on that board, as I recall.
It was NEVER clarified for me by ANYONE what list I actually had. And it was a NON ISSUE then and it is a NON ISSUE now. They point is that FH must own shares in his own company to come out of this with more many than queenie. And the suggestion that he does not, or has not addressed that issue for his own financial security and benefit, is laughable.
But you guys keep letting queenie ramble on with his trash, constantly confusing the issue as though he has EVER contributed ANYTHING of real value on any board he has ever posted on.
I am amazed.
