Look at the two year delay in collecting the arbitration award from Nok this way. We get 9% interest per year and save a 20% prepayment discount we were going to have to give them. This is about 19% per year for the two years. This should more than pay for our legal bills during this time. Although we would rather have the money up front that the panel awarded us, its not a bad trade off.
