Because the ink is not dry, he had to make it clear that no deal has been reached, but everything else he said clearly indicates that they are very very close. Is it possible they will miss their goal of filing today? Yes. Is it possible the deal they are working on will fall through? Yes. But reading the transcript from Thursday, I would very much doubt the deal will fall through at this point, however, they may well not achieve the goal of filing today - in which case I still would expect it this week.
