The only reason I don't think that this was a scam is that JM's name was mentioned in this as well. Why would he knowingly step into a scam when Martha went to jail for much, much less? I have seen several pinkies lately that claim to have "a buyer" yet never mention an acquiring companies name let alone an individuals name. I can't imagine them being that bold or stupid this day in time. I also think that they are being extremely cautious right now to avoid having a securities law firm snooping around on behalf of "bagholding" investors. Just my opinion for what it's worth.
