Think about it, you have "testimonials" from "users" saying how great they feel after taking this "supplement" for the last 3 years but Nature's Bioceuticals just "bought" the "formulas" in the last few months and the "supplements" aren't even available. When Nature's Bioceuticals was "acquired" the incorporation papers were obviously in "default" and were not re-instated until after the "buy out" PR by 4 days. Go to sunbiz.org and do a search for yourself. If that address is wrong, just search out the Florida Secretary of State.
That's where DeZanger created Nature's Bioceuticals and then let the papers go into "default" not just once but a few times only to re-instate the papers after his public company "buys out" his private company. How convenient!

How much R&D do you think has been going on in a company that doesn't even keep their papers current?
