,,,,my most recent post of # 1739 is the first step under sarbanes /oxley, for shareholder activists to change the behaviour of management unresponsive to shareholder rights of disclosure and transparency,,,,,,the next step requires unison also and numbers to register a complaint after a few days with the SEC,,,,,this will trigger a "WELLS NOTICE" and after Frank discusses this notice with his lawyers and its ramifications,,,,,,,i promise you all a change in his behaviour,,,,JT has been issuing a call to arms,,,and rightly so,,,he just dont know how to do it, nevertheless in spirit
he is right,,,,,Management is unresponsive to the rules of sarbanes/oxley and Regulation FD ,,,
