Honestly thanks for the document.

Read it over many times. It makes clear that it only covers the primary aspects of the deal and also makes clear that there are secondary terms. Thanks to your posting I'll perhaps have an easier time of finding and going over "The Master Agreement" where all the info will be.

Still going to follow up with Liquidmetal proper this week. Really want to hear it from the horses mouth.
