sjratty....I hear what you are saying but as a shareholder in both companies it disturbs me that this is the way business is done. I guess I should have been born 90 years ago when there were still some ethics in business. I bought shares in NOK back in 99 when IDCC did the deal, that is now under question. I felt they were a good clean partner that via their engineering services PAYMENT admitted their need and appreciation of Interdigital talents. I thought it would be a good solid relationship going forward even as Interdigital was still a struggling company. I may have rose color glasses as to how things should be done in business but somewhere everyone should have some morals and ethics within them. IDCC and NOK agreed to binding arbitration, arbitration was carried out now both companies should live by the results. As a NOK shareholder I don't like seeing business conducted this way, as a bigger IDCC holder it really bothers me that there is so little recourse in a timely fashion.
