that may be true, but also remember that we are most likely to get shares in the new co that will appreciate over time as we use the nols and the litigation trust. so at first glance we might know what the true value might be at the current position, but over time it might be a very different story.

I think i will take my chances with holding over time as the new company does well or gets bought out at a premium down the road. to each his own.
