There are no parents, students, teachers, or anyone to track. The system has not been installed anywhere. I think you don't understand how it works. Here's a quick overview.

Earthsearch installs their GPS/RFID devices on buses and in the schools. Each student is issued an RFID tag that identifies them. As students pass RFID readers their tags are read and the info is sent to Earthsearch's servers with the GPS info via cellular signal. The backend software determines if anyone is missing, or present who shouldn't be and issues an alert, now via twitter. As the tags are being read every couple of minutes or so, you can also utilize the system to find a student if need be.
