Getting off the greys is going to cost quite a few bucks, which the company doesnt have...and it isnt a priority right now (as much as that sucks to hear).

The first priority, secure the patent.

Proceed with TMobile (with or without contingency lawyer).

(If they get a settlement), hire some tech guys that can develop software for ASNAP.
